David Skriloff has Over 30 years of portfolio management and expertise in structuring investments to provide downside protection with leveraged upside in developing companies. Previously, CEO and CFO of several public companies in both the US and Canada in both specialty transportation and in telecommunications, Portfolio Manager of MKM, a multi-million-dollar hedge fund that invested in microcap public companies as well as private companies.
Head of Research for Vision Capital, a $1 billion hedge fund investing in microcap companies. VP of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance within the Telecommunications group or Gerard Kaluer Mattison, now a part of Bank of Montreal BS in Electrical Engineering from CarnegieMellon and an MBA from New York University.
